I've taken several vehicles to Finch's Auto Repair. They have consistently provided quality service at a reasonable price. Before taking a vehicle to Mr. Finch, I got quotes from other shops and he is consistently more affordable. I have been treated with courtesy and they have returned my phone calls. I would recommend Finch's Auto Repair for the most minor to the most complex mechanical problems.
Told me car was ready twice, only to have me pick it up and find the problem not corrected. They kept my car almost two weeks and seemed annoyed when I would call to check on it. At one point they stopped answering my calls. After several attempts to contact them, they answered the phone by accident and I overheard one of them say "Tell that ***hole it'll be ready when it's ready!".
I've used these guys 4 or five times (I do not do front end or A/C work) over the last few years and have been pleasantly surprised by the price and the time it takes to do the work.
Brought my old diesel truck here it stayed over 4 months before I got it back they told me it was fixed twice only to go down there and find it wasn't. The old man seems to know his trade but doesn't really work on anything anymore he lets his son run the shop and from what I've seen is not much of a problem solver, if he can't plug a computer into it or just swap out a bunch of parts he's stumped. I will not be back !!!

Ultimately had to dispute charge on my credit card since they charged me despite not completing the repair. After the 2nd failed repair, they not only failed to offer me any type of discount, they actually told me they would need more $$ to complete the repair. Dealership ended up competing the repairs in under 2 hours for the same price as Finch charged to do nothing for 2 weeks. Worst experience I've ever had with any type of service provider. Poor communication, poor work, poor customers! Save yourself the trouble and skip Finch!
