I think that the wait time is Normal, about 20 minutes. The staff is very attentive to patients during check in. And Dr. Genovese is very experianced, carrying on hif father's tridition of patient care over many years.
Dr. Genovese is very thorough and takes good care of both me and my dad. The wait is not long and the staff are very friendly. He has been my doctor for 5 years and I wouldn't go any where else.
He gives out drugs like a drug dealer !!! He's a phony dr. Any drug head can come there to get pills ! He doesn't even look at the previous dr reports from the other dr that has been prescribing meds to a patient. Only a drug dealer dr !! He is very unprofessional!

Since there is no option for 0 I guess I have no choice but to leave 1 star ⭐️! This is a nasty , unprofessional, wait 5 hours to be seen dr office ! You go to the back , which only has 3 rooms and wait for another hour after you've been waiting for 5. The staff that work the front are so inexperienced! I really don't think they do ANYTHING AT ALL ! In my opinion if you are looking for a dr, this is NOT THE ONE YOU WANT TO SEE !
Today I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Charles Genovese for a broken clavicle. Not only was my condition explained in detail, he also went above and beyond to make sure that I understood everything. His bedside manors are wonderful, at no time was I ever intimidated or made to feel incompetent. I would very highly recommend Dr. Genovese to anyone looking for a down to earth thorough doctor.
