Great bbq in an old converted gas station. The ribs are delicious without any BBQ sauce on them!
Best ribs around, no question about that! Serve is decent, rest of the BBQ is good, chicken can be a little dry at times.
We had carry out last night. Spent 40$ on a family pack with brisket two sides and an a pound of pork. The food was cold. The brisket was hard and tasteless and was not worth the money spent. The pork was stringy and dry. The bread that came with it was old and tasted like it was grilled with spoiled butter. Everything else tasted like pure vinegar. I expected more. Not a very pleasant experience.
Oh my gosh... what a great experience! We ate outside under the old gas station canopy in the summertime. This was our first time here and we ordered a variety of food to get a good sample of their style. Son number one got a blackened chicken sandwich that wasn't dressed as ordered... but he still enjoyed it. Son #2 is a little younger and had the kid's burger and is already asking when we can return! My daughter got the roast beef on bun and raved about the gravy. The wife's salad was full of more croutons than lettuce and a little disappointing, too bad she didn't get the brisket salad. And finally, I had the brisket burger, not the ultimate... but it was still the ultimate! Hands down.. it is my new favorite burger. We will definitely be back... and soon.
It was some off the best bar b que I've had in a while. Would recommend this too everyone
